THE PLAN

As a future user, we’d like to guide you through the plan. A spacious driveway leads you towards the storage units and gardens, flanked by beautiful plants, forest edges, and ditches that immediately evoke a rural feeling. On the right, you’ll find a wide selection of parking spaces, with provisions for future charging stations.

You enter the secured site through an electronic sliding gate. The units are arranged in a U-shape. From the spacious 16-meter wide courtyard, you can see the 28 m2 units on the left and the 16,5 m2 units on the right, each with a private parking space (5 meters deep) in front of the roller door. At the rear, you’ll find the practical 12.5 m² units. Two well-secured doors at the back provide access to the outdoor area.

Near the sliding gate at the front, there is a shared sanitary room with two separate units, an outside tap, and a technical room. Garden and Storage is equipped with 24/7 camera security and adequate lighting for the public spaces.
