THE STORAGE

Garden and Storage offers storage units to meet a variety of needs and preferences, with three sizes available: 12,5 m2, 16,5 m2 and 28 m2, ensuring there’s a perfect unit for everyone.

The large unit

A total of 23 units of 28 m² are being developed, each with a width of 3.5 meters and a length of 8 meters. To enhance the luxurious feel, you can opt for a garden of 10 meters deep (a total of 35 m² for your vegetable garden!). Additionally, you’ll have a private parking space in front of your storage unit. With a clearance height of 3.2 meters, even large campers, caravans, or vans can easily fit inside.

The medium unit

The medium unit strikes an optimal balance between storage and gardening space. These spacious units are 3 meters wide and 5.5 meters long, with a height of 2.4 meters and overhead door, providing ample storage options. You also benefit from a private parking space in front. At the rear, there’s an 18 m² vegetable garden, allowing you to enjoy homegrown fruits and vegetables year-round.

The small unit

Choose one of the 12 competitively priced units of 12.5 m². With dimensions of 2.5 meters by 5 meters, these units offer perfect storage space. A ceiling height of 2.4 meters provides a storage volume of 30 m³. These units are easily accessible, and you’ll always find parking near the entrance gate of Garden and Storage.

THE GARDENS

Imagine stepping outside your storage unit to pick ripe tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and fragrant herbs for your next meal. Garden and Storage allows you to enjoy your own garden year-round. Embrace a healthy lifestyle, connect with the outdoors, and grow your own fruits and vegetables.

Access your vegetable garden through the well-secured back door of your storage unit. Each garden offers an unobstructed view with no neighbors and a wide green strip at the rear. For a well-watered garden, you have the option to add an outdoor tap.

If you’ve chosen the 16.5 m² unit, you’ll have an 18 m² vegetable garden at your disposal. With dimensions of 3 meters by 6 meters, you can design your garden to your liking. Pick a spot for herbs, plant a small apple or pear tree, and experiment with exotic vegetables. The southeast-facing location ensures you enjoy extra sunlight.

With the 28 m² unit, you’ll have even more space with a 35 m² garden. Imagine a garden that is 3.5 meters wide and extends 10 meters deep! You can easily plant pumpkins or watermelons while still having plenty of room for your other favourite fruits and vegetables. The garden’s depth ensures plenty of sunlight throughout the day, especially in the afternoon.
